Order Handling and Processing:

We process all orders within 48–72 hours on business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. Please allow extra time for your delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is an approximate guide for shipping rates by region:

Within Australia (Australia Post):

Free express shipping on orders over $300 AUD

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD  

Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD, 2–8 business days  

Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD, 1–4 business days  

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot control shipping times. For tracking, please contact Australia Post or DHL.  

Double-check your shipping details before completing checkout, as we cannot modify the address after dispatch.  

You are responsible for tracking, receiving, and collecting your parcel from the delivery provider.  

If a parcel is returned to us, it can either be reshipped at your expense or refunded (minus return shipping costs).
