Order Handling and Processing:

We process all orders within 48–72 hours on business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. Please allow extra time for your delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly.

 

Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is an approximate guide for shipping rates by region:

 

Within Australia (Australia Post):

  • Free express shipping on orders over $300 AUD

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

  •  

    Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD, 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD, 1–4 business days 

 

Dispatch Timelines:

- Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours on business days. 

- During high-traffic periods, such as promotions, please allow up to 72 hours for dispatch. 

- If you need your order urgently, leave a note at checkout, and we’ll expedite the processing where possible.

 

Pre-Order Items:

- Pre-orders are generally shipped within six weeks from the date the pre-order is made available. 

- Each product page will include details about the estimated dispatch date and wait time for pre-orders. 

- Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are in stock. 

- To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items, as items in the same order will be shipped together.

 

Important Delivery Details:  

- Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot control shipping times. For tracking, please contact Australia Post.  

- Double-check your shipping details before completing checkout, as we cannot modify the address after dispatch. 

- You are responsible for tracking, receiving, and collecting your parcel from the delivery provider. 

- If a parcel is returned to us, it can either be reshipped at your expense or refunded (minus return shipping costs).
